Ensemble Artemisia
Founded in March 2025, Ensemble Artemisia is a dynamic collective of four young musicians specializing in historically informed performance of Baroque music (17th–18th centuries). Inspired by painter Artemisia Gentileschi, the group embodies expressive power, authenticity, and feminine strength. Each member is a prize-winning artist with a deep commitment to authenticity, performing on period instruments, using historically informed singing and acting styles, and reviving Baroque expression with poetic intensity and modern elegance.
